I stayed at Hilton Nagoya (Club Lounge Use) in Nagoya in February 2023

hilton hotel

This time, I will tell you about my stay in an executive room at the Hilton Nagoya in the Nagoya area. The Hilton Nagoya is a 28-story, 110.50-meter tall hotel that opened in March 1989. It has been renovated and is now beautiful.

About access to Hilton Nagoya

The Hilton Nagoya Hotel is located halfway between Nagoya Station and the Sakae area of the downtown area. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Nagoya Station. It is a 3-minute walk from Fushimi Station on the Higashiyama Line, which is one subway stop away from Nagoya Station.

Access from Chubu Centrair International Airport

There is a bus stop for the airport bus from Chubu Centrair International Airport on the main street.

We recommend taking a taxi after arriving at Nagoya Station by train from Chubu Centrair International Airport. There are many buses in the Nagoya area, and there are multiple bus stops in the same place. Even Japanese people get lost.

Check in to Hilton Nagoya

The front desk is located immediately to the right after entering the hotel. This time, I booked a deluxe room. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I was upgraded to an executive room.

Room Categories

Hilton Nagoya has seven categories of rooms.

  • Hilton Room (Queen or Twin) 30 ㎡
  • Deluxe Room (King or Queen or Twin) 30 ㎡
  • Executive Room (King or Twin) 30 ㎡
  • Premium Executive Room (King or Twin) 30 ㎡
  • Japanese Style Suite 60 ㎡
  • Executive Suite King 90 ㎡
  • Executive Deluxe Suite 150 ㎡

The difference between Executive Rooms and Premium Executive Rooms is the floor they are on.

About Executive Room King

The Executive Room is located on a high floor, and the night view of Nagoya city spreads out below. The interior is decorated with calming colors inspired by Nagoya’s history, such as castles and samurai. The headboard of the bed is modeled after the green roof of Nagoya Castle, the carpet is modeled after the castle’s stone walls, and the wallpaper is modeled after castle walls. The room service menu can be viewed by scanning a 2D code. Two bottles of water are complimentary.

This is the bathroom. Bathrobes and yukatas were provided.

About the Executive Lounge

The Hilton Nagoya Executive Lounge is located on the 26th floor.

  • 7:00-10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00-17:00: Refreshments
  • 17:30-20:00: Cocktail time

The above services are provided. This time, I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to an executive room, so I was able to use the executive lounge. Hilton Honors and Diamond members can use the executive lounge regardless of room category.

Breakfast can also be eaten at In Place 3-3 on the 1st floor (6:30-10:00).

A reservation is required to eat the Japanese set menu breakfast in the Executive Lounge.

Executive Lounge – Refreshment time

This time, I visited the executive lounge after 3pm. They had sandwiches and cakes.

Only soft drinks are available.

The food changes depending on the time.

Executive Lounge Cocktail time

It includes appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.

There was beer in the fridge, as well as sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, plum wine, cassis liqueur, vodka, rum, etc.

It was delicious.

Breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor

I had breakfast at a restaurant called In Place 3-3 on the first floor. The hours are from 6:30 to 10:00. They also served local food.

There were also drinks available for Hilton Honors members.

For eggs, I ordered Eggs Benedict.
